At SPjerseys , we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. We ask for your patience, as each jersey is produced to the highest quality standards, and this takes time. Here's how our shipping process works:

Shipping details

  • Delivery times: Due to high demand and the production process, orders normally take between 15-20 business days to arrive at your address after payment confirmation.

  • Parcel delivery companies: We work with reliable services such as DHL, FedEx, J&T Express and Estafeta to guarantee safe delivery.

  • Tracking: We will send you a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched so you can track it in real time.

Delivery Guarantee and Delays

We understand that external factors (customs, weather, or parcel logistics) can affect standard delivery times. Therefore, we have established the following protocol:

Warranty Validation for Non-Delivery: To validate any warranty, refund or replacement due to shipping delays, it is strictly necessary that at least 40 business days have passed since the date the order was shipped and the tracking number was generated.

Once this deadline has passed without the package having been delivered, our team will begin the corresponding resolution process to evaluate your case individually.

Costs and Modalities

  • Standard shipping: $150 MXN.

  • Fast shipping: $200 MXN (Subject to availability on selected products. Check via WhatsApp).

  • Member benefit: Customers enrolled in the partner program receive free standard shipping.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Incorrect addresses: If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete shipping information and the package cannot be delivered, no returns or claims will be accepted . It is the buyer's responsibility to review their information before finalizing the order.
